Sherrie Young formed Young Accounting Services, Inc. in 2005 to provide business advisory, bookkeeping and accounting services specifically for real estate agents and brokers. In the past three years Young Accounting Services has helped hundreds of agents and brokers get a handle on organizing and managing their businesses.

As the accounting manager for a 200 plus agent office of a major national real estate brokerage firm, agents frequently came to Sherrie frustrated with accounting, tax, and other financial situations. Sherrie sympathized with the agents, so she decided to put her thirty years of accounting experience to work for them.

Sherrie co-founded We Mean Business, LLC, with Dan Jones, CPA. We Mean Business, LLC is dedicated to educating real estate professionals through hands-on seminars, books and DVDs. We want to share with you what we have shared with these many other agents and brokers.

Mr. Jones was one of two founders and the Executive Vice President of JNJ Group, which participates in the commercial real estate market in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities as an investor, developer, and financial advisor.

Prior to founding JNJ Group in 2003, Mr. Jones was one of the three founders and creators of the FSL Group, Inc. along with Pitney Bowes Corporation in Stamford, Connecticut. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the FSL Group, Inc. and developed a very successful business of guarantying commercial real estate and other commercial financial transactions. He facilitated the transactions for banks, investment banks, REITs, and other lenders and investors.

David is President of Temple Media, a marketing and media production company specializing in designing brand campaigns for all types of companies. He is also Creative Director for Custom Made Films, an independent company specializing in inspirational films. David has been Spokesperson for numerous companies including AOPA, John Deere, Bankers Exchange, We Mean Business, LLC, and INSP. His experience includes a prolific Radio career, hosting Morning Shows in New York, LA, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and Charlotte, and worldwide on the Westwood One & Armed Forces Radio Networks. Temple can also be heard as the Imaging Voice for hundreds of clients, including SPEED (FOX), DISNEY, ESPN, NASCAR, INSP, MUZAK, VELUX, Pfeiffer University and STI Wealth Management.

David is also an accomplished screenplay writer and director of television & film. His contributions include: The We Mean Business Series, and an upcoming book for the Health & Wellness Industry.
