For business planning, we will cover such topics as setting your goals and objectives, the financial planning for your business and selecting your business partners. In business entities, we explain the different types of business structures and their direct tax impact on you. Organizing your business will walk you through the steps necessary to achieve what you outlined for your business in the first two areas.

push their buttons?

This course is designed to help you understand accounting which is the backbone of your business. Topics covered will include maintaining books and records, tax considerations and insurance. In maintaining books and records, we cover the why and how of bookkeeping. Tax considerations will cover deductible expenses, the various methods of deduction and tips for managing those IRS Red Flags. For insurance, we cover the various types pertinent to the real estate
industry and what you may need to protect your business, including what you may not know concerning insurance.
